Highbury Calisthenics

Highbury Calisthenics is a well established Calisthenic Club, holding classes for all ages in the Hope Valley Institute Hall on Valley Road, at Hope Valley.

New members are always most welcome and the first class is free.

Calisthenics is a dynamic team sport with elements combining dance, gymnastics,apparatus (clubs and rods), marching, singing and acting.

Highbury Calisthenics has a strong focus on deportment and presentation, and our members have an opportunity to perform on stage in a theatrical setting.
